Today very early morning I have sent an email to all the concerned of CGEWHO, 

TO EXTEND THE LAST DATE OF 3rd INSTALLMENT BY TWO WEEKS.  ATLEAST WE EXPECT TO EXTEND BY ONE WEEK. ALL INDUVIDUALS ARE REQUESTED TO SEND SIMILAR MAIL OR TO FORWARD THE MAIL WITH AN AGREE NOTE.

Sir,

          Sub:  Extension of Last date of Payment of 3^rd Installment-Chennai
                   Phase-3- requested by more no. of allottees-reg.
          Ref:  Your lr.dt. 14.1.2022 to all allottees wrt 3^rd Ins. Payment.

                   You have sent the letter of ref: to all the all the allottees of Chennai Phase-III, fixing the last date for payment as 25.2.2022.  As per the prevailing feeling of the beneficiaries it is felt by most of them to extend the last date of Payment by atleast by two weeks for some of the following reasons voiced by them.

1.     The call up notice came without any prior atleast informal intimation to any beneficiary who are contacting CGEWHO periodically.

2.    In the pandemic scenario, many are doing remote type of online work at their places of convenience other than the address on the records of CGEWHO, hence it has taken considerable time to get redirected to the  actual place of stay.

3.    Beneficiaries who make up the money from personal funds were to close down some Bank RDs and FDs and rearranging certain type of funds through local arrangement are not able to do by tomorrow ie. By 25.2.2022.

4.    As you are aware, February Month Salary would be last salary in the financial year deducting the whole Income Tax Due as TDS. There by Take home Salary will be less comparatively than earlier months.

5.    The most warranting reason is beneficiaries who have gone for Bank loans, the Banks are putting lot of queries (many such hitches at SBI Branches) to the individuals since there has been an abnormal gap of time between 2^nd and 3^rd Installment. Obviously it is not the fault of the individuals nor can they do anything on that.  To give a sample of the proof of incidents to quote you, nearly 4 loans at SBI,Tirunelveli and nearly 30 loans in the SBI Branch at ANAICUT, Kalpakkam.(The said fact can be very well checked by CGEWHO directly with them)

The Banks are either denying or hesitating to release the
3^rd Installment of loan to the existing loan customers because, they claim that this project is already completed as per their records/our Brochure, since the CGEWHO has committed earlier that the project completion date is in the mid of the year 2021.  Perhaps though you have addressed the beneficiaries about the delay, it is, in the perception of the Major Lending Banks/Institutions, that they are not intimated at all or in the way of minimum protocol. And it is felt as a reasonable procedure ought to have followed also.

                             The above said are only few points just to be putforth in brief. Hence to overcome the difficulties of our beneficiaries, it is earnestly requested to extend the last date of payment by at least by Two weeks from the present date of 25.2.2022 which will certainly make them in a comfort zone for paying the 3^rd Installment Happily.
