The progress report of our ChPh3 is published now.  I am giving hereunder the relevent link.  I request you to please go through the report.
Full finished model flat is availabe for seeing for Type-C & Type-B.
Our friends can go see the flat preferably on forenoon and that too non rainy days so that they are not put into any unforeseen hardships.

 On the 30-08-2019 meeting deliberations, I have tendered the following important points to concentrate in taking forward the works.

 1.  Drafting a judicious utility calculation for the need of the potable water from the Avadi Municipality(now it is Chennai Municipal Corporation) for 1200 houses and submitting an indent to them so that they can make the demand and supply assessment.-CEO agreed.

 2.  Identifying the places for planting the trees where any structures may not come so that we can plant the saplings now itself, so that we may get a green cover when we really occupy our  ChPh3 Dream House.-CEO passed instructions to the PM.

 3.Providing conduit line to all the flats for FTTH provision, so that we get everything in one fibre including internet, satellite TV etc.-CEO agreed and instructed.(myself offered to do the needful coordination with Govt service provider ie.Chennai Telephones-BSNL).
other points ---to speed up the work with more men deployed on the site at least nearly 1000 in all was insisted.

    I recently visited the site. Works are going very slow and deployed less numbers of workers. It take long time to hand over.

  Dear my respected Friends, Very Good Morning to you all.  I feel really sorry that I was not active on this page for some time.  Of Course the main reason being that due to Covid19, there was no progress in our site and no significant happening also to post it here.   Yes.
