Dear All, 

Since there was letter to me asking me to giving my consent, the following is the reply addressed to my PMC members.

To my dear PMC colleges,

Please

1.  Insist on PMC meetings only at site.

2.  Send one line letter to the CEO as stated by me in an earlier post.  "Chennai Phase III Project abnormally delayed. Finish the project as per your committed date of 31.12.2023.  If delayed further, you need to pay proper compensation for all the Chennai Phase 3 Allottees since the delay is yours."

3.  Post the draft in the Common Whatsapp Group for the members for their comments, additions and deletions.

4.  Still, if you decide to proceed in the draft, in place of FROM, don't write PMC Members instead you may write your individual names.

5.  I am not giving my consent to meet the CEO as  a representation       of PMC ChPh3.

6.  I am also NOT giving my CONSENT  to the contents of the               Draft as well.

In the letter to the CEO, I find many serious matters which would have a serious harmful impacts on our Allottees as well as our Project.

  Dear my respected Friends, Very Good Morning to you all.  I feel really sorry that I was not active on this page for some time.  Of Course the main reason being that due to Covid19, there was no progress in our site and no significant happening also to post it here.   Yes. Now I thought some work is going on as well as some debates are going on our social media. About that, let me come with another post.
