It is really a Happy moment for all our ChPh-3 members to know that the writ petition filed by ChPh-2 owners association was dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras on 01.02.2019(Friday).
It was really an untold concern for all of us who were aware of that the construction work was stopped consequent to the stay imposed by the above Court. Many had their own way of thinking on different minds. But I was firmly telling all our members, not to worry as the time only a matter and surely we/CGEWHO will win the case. And many encouraged me to monitor the case closely. Since there was nothing appreciable matter to be posted, I simply opted to keep away from the blog. Hope you will take it in the right spirit and means.
Now our new concern is that the workers should be mobilised and the momentum of work should take its place.
I have already spoken to the CGEWHO HQ and insisted to deploy more workers so that the delay is made up positively to some extent. They assured affirmative.
Now its our time to wish/pray that the progress of work be manifold and we get our Dream House early.
I personally wish for the completion by mid of 2020, as I have always been telling the CGEWHO. All your continuous wish/prayer will certainly pave way for the early completion of the ChPh3 Project.
i visited the site today .work not being carried out full fledged.. D ,C,B 2 floors built but A nothing started. its standstill .not sure how they have committed as 2020 to you Sir... it will take 2 years from now.
