PMC MEETING POINTS-30-11-2018

The first PMC Meeting in respect of OUR CHENNAI Ph-3 was attended by me as well as other co-members on 30.11.2018.  The meeting was chaired & inaugurated by Sh.Bhupinder Singh, CEO,ND, by a welcoming note.
Apart from various points discussed like quality materials, plumbing of water lines etc. by other members, I focused and insisted mainly about two points : 
Ø  Suitably appealed the CEO to make all efforts to hand over the DUs, by MID of 2020, as it has been always been a view of mine shared among some of our Allottee friends.
Ø  Made a suggestive request to reduce the total cost* of each flat (ie.to refund the money after final payment) which would benefit all our members since their committed financial burden would be lessened to that extent. (*Actually the CEO, in his initial briefing he told about various projects across the nations and quoted that CGEWHO actually refunded some money in Bhuvaneswar Project.  This statement of him comforted me to put forth such an Important request, though I had the same idea in me.)
Ø  I asked for the Type wise Vacancy Position:  for which it was replied vague or in a generalized way- “All are having waiting lists “
Ø  To a query from one of our members about the possible demand of next installment, it was replied that it may take approximately say 4 to 6 months presumably from 30th Nov 2018.
Ø  As per them, the overall progress of the Project is not ahead of the Schedule. May be to be still speeded up. They have the plan to increase the number of workers to different Blocks, it was stated.
Ø  And ofcourse for the information of our esteemed members, a joyful news is that they have done a model flat of outlined nature (i.e. done the partition walls alone). One could feel as to how the flat would be spacious.
The meeting went for little more than an hour and wound up.  
Tentative date about the next PMC meeting was NOT mentioned.

      Yes. Its true. Hble High Court has statyed the work bec of the WP preferred by Phase-2 Owners Assn. The outcome will be known in this month middle. We have to wait.

      Yes Mr.Murugaiyan. Till today there is no outcome about it. I hope you are from New Delhi.

    Appreciate that Mr. Mohan is giving the updates. Work is halted since Dec. No information available on the Cgewho website. It seems that Cgewho is not taking earnest efforts to vacate the stay order. The delay in project will impact in cost escalation. It is request that PMC may initiate for an immediate meeting to resolve the issue. Also individual representation by allottees may be thought of for bringing the attention of Cgewho officials for active involvement in vacating stay. Hope PMC members will take initiative on above and share us the feedback. Regards Anu bhaskaran.

                                                                       Dear All,  Since there was letter to me asking me to giving my consent, the following is the reply addressed to my PMC members. To my dear PMC colleges, Please 1.  Insist on PMC meetings only at site. 2.  Send one line letter to the CEO as stated by me in an earlier post.  "Chennai Phase III Project abnormally delayed.   Dear my respected Friends, Very Good Morning to you all.  I feel really sorry that I was not active on this page for some time.  Of Course the main reason being that due to Covid19, there was no progress in our site and no significant happening also to post it here.   Yes.
