                                                                       Dear All,  Since there was letter to me asking me to giving my consent, the following is the reply addressed to my PMC members. To my dear PMC colleges, Please 1.  Insist on PMC meetings only at site. 2.  Send one line letter to the CEO as stated by me in an earlier post.  "Chennai Phase III Project abnormally delayed. Finish the project as per your committed date of 31.12.2023.  If delayed further, you need to pay proper compensation for all the Chennai Phase 3 Allottees since the delay is yours ." 3.  Post the draft in the Common Whatsapp Group for the members for their comments, additions and deletions. 4.  Still, if you decide to proceed in the draft, in place of FROM, don't write PMC Members instead ...

My Visit to our ChPh3 site and pictorial updates

Dear Sir/Madam, It was my sudden plan to visit the site on Sunday(21-10-2018) morning.  Since it was a long week end, there was less workers in the site.  However, nearly some more than 15 to 20 workers were seriously working which was noticed by me during my visit.  I could see one of the beneficiary also on that visiting the site and interacted with him for a while.  I am posting here some of the pictures which was taken on that day.  Of course, without any caption.  I am happy to share all these updates to you.
