Dear all,   I sincerely seek your apology for not giving anything here in between.  Of course, there was not much news, also a reason for that.   However now I am happy that I am getting connected to you through this.   The info is that the 2nd PMC Meeting of ChPh3 was held on  30-08-2019 (Friday) under the chairmanship of the CEO Shri.Bhupinder Singh.  I want to share the details about the meeting once I get few Photographs which I may receive in a day or two.                                                  Dear Friends I am very happy and delighted to go through the details of the Judgement pronounced by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras on 01.02.2019.  We should really thank our CGEWHO team,the law-panel, ofcourse, above all, the learned Hon'ble Judge who has given his verdict with a great wisdom and  a clear application of mind on the disputed points.  Now we are happy not only about the Judgement of the respected Court but it has also given us an occasion about the micro details about the permission by the authorities concerned.  Sure, in my opinion it would serve as a very good document in future as the order speaks with true authority.  No ambiguity is found. It is really a Happy moment for all our ChPh-3 members to know that the writ petition filed by ChPh-2 owners association was dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras on 01.02.2019(Friday). It was really an untold concern for all of us who were aware of that the construction work was stopped consequent to the stay imposed by the above Court.  Many had their own way of thinking on different minds.  But I was firmly telling all our members, not to worry as the time only a matter and surely we/CGEWHO will win the case. And many encouraged me to monitor the case closely.  Since there was nothing appreciable matter to be posted, I simply opted to keep away from the blog.  Hope you will take it in the right spirit and means. Now our new concern is that the workers should be mobilised and the momentum of work should take its place.   I have already spoken to the CGEWHO HQ and insisted to deploy more workers so that the delay is made up positively to some...

My dear Sir/Madam, Warmth Greetings to you all The first PMC Meeting in respect of OUR CHENNAI Ph-3 was attended by me as well as other co-members on 30.11.2018.  The meeting was chaired & inaugurated by Sh.Bhupinder Singh, CEO,ND , by a welcoming note. Apart from various points discussed like quality materials, plumbing of water lines etc. by other members, I focused and insisted mainly about two points :  Ø   Suitably appealed the CEO to make all efforts to hand over the DUs, by MID of 2020, as it has been always been a view of mine shared among some of our Allottee friends. Ø   Made a suggestive request to reduce the total cost* of each flat (ie.to refund the money after final payment) which would benefit all our members since their committed financial burden would be lessened to that extent. (*Actually the CEO, in his initial briefing he told about various projects across the nations and quoted that CGEWHO actually refunded some money in Bhuvanes...

Dear Sir/Madam, It was my sudden plan to visit the site on Sunday(21-10-2018) morning.  Since it was a long week end, there was less workers in the site.  However, nearly some more than 15 to 20 workers were seriously working which was noticed by me during my visit.  I could see one of the beneficiary also on that visiting the site and interacted with him for a while.  I am posting here some of the pictures which was taken on that day.  Of course, without any caption.  I am happy to share all these updates to you.
